Why can’t I see the search bar or account menu on my tablet?

If the search bar or account menu doesn’t appear when using the catalog on a tablet, try enabling "Desktop View" in your browser.

To switch to Desktop View:

  • While viewing the catalog, open your browser menu (☰ or ⋮)
  • Select the “Request Desktop Site” or “Desktop Site” option
  • Wait for the page to reload with full catalog menu access

Desktop view is confirmed available in Safari, Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.
