C. Burr Artz Notice - Elk's Parade

On Sunday, Aug. 23, curbside services at the C. Burr Artz library will not be available and the Carroll Creek Garage will be inaccessible from 3-5 pm. Join us for an engaging afternoon with hands-on projects and lots of family fun!

Participants will also have the opportunity to learn about the Children of Incarcerated Parents Partnership (COIPP), an organization that provides support, resources, and services to children impacted by the incarceration of a loved one, along with their caregivers and formerly/currently incarcerated family members in the Frederick region.
