Interlibrary Loan Service Update

Effective Monday, Aug. 31, our statewide interlibrary loan service, Marina, will transition to a new and improved platform! Requests in the current system will be accepted until Aug 20. During the transition period, Marina access will be unavailable from Aug. 21 to Aug. 30.

Join R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center for Injury Prevention & Policy for this life-saving training. They will present life-saving bleeding control training through STOP THE BLEED. In this course you’ll learn three quick techniques to help save a life before someone bleeds out. (1) How to use your hands to apply pressure to a wound (2) How to pack a wound to control bleeding (3) How to correctly apply a tourniquet. FREE Personal Stop the Bleed kits will be provided at the end of class for all attendees ($45 value).
