This technical administrative position will coordinate personnel functions within the Frederick County Public Libraries. This position will serve as a liaison to County Human Resources, Risk Management, Payroll, and Procurement performing support duties in the areas of recruitment, selection & OnBoarding, leave requests, timesheet entry inquiries and performance management. Supervision is received from the Personnel Supervisor.
NOTE: The upper pay range reflects possible wage rates for internal County transfers and promotions, which are calculated per County policy. For external hires, offers are made at the base wage rate.
