The Frederick County Public Libraries Board of Trustees Finance Committee Meeting convened at 7:00 p.m. on November 12, 2025, at the C. Burr Artz Library – Trust Conference Room.
COMMITTEE MEMBERS PRESENT: M. O’Leary, J. D’Agostino, D. Grisgraber, S. Sheppard
COMMITTEE MEMBERS ABSENT: None.
STAFF PRESENT: J. Kelly, Director; C. Hall - Associate Director; B. McDermott, Finance Manager; C. Smith, Executive Assistant and Recording Secretary; K. Tritsch, Accounting Supervisor - County Finance Department; Z. Hylock, Accountant - County Finance Department.
Z. Hylock reviewed the Audit for the year ending June 30, 2025, with members of the FCPL Board of Trustees Finance Committee. The final audit will be presented to the FCPL Board of Trustees for approval at the November 19, 2025, meeting at 7:00 p.m.
