Effective Monday, Aug. 31, our statewide interlibrary loan service, Marina, will transition to a new and improved platform! Requests in the current system will be accepted until Aug 20. During the transition period, Marina access will be unavailable from Aug. 21 to Aug. 30.

Learn voting basics for this election year! In this nonpartisan program, the League of Women Voters of Frederick County will inform us about voting basics, such as how to register to vote, finding our polling place, voting deadlines, and more.

This program supports By the People: Civic Engagement for All, an FCPL initiative to foster civic knowledge and participation in the Frederick County community.
