Do you love animals? Do you love helping the community? Join us for this special program, in partnership with the Animal Welfare League of Frederick County. Children will build skills of empathy, creativity and teamwork, as they create items and posters to help local animals in need.
This program supports By the People: Civic Engagement for All, an FCPL initiative to foster civic knowledge and participation in the Frederick County community.
