On Friday, April 10 the Frederick County Developmental Center (a part of the Health Department offering health-related services for children and families) is holding its annual Infants and Toddlers Spring Fling resource fair. It will be held at Ballenger Creek Park, 5420 Ballenger Creek Pike, Frederick, MD (1st playground on the right).
