Summer Challenge 2024 - Official Sweepstakes Rules
No purchase necessary to enter or to receive a prize.
How to Enter: Participate in the online Summer Challenge 2023 between the dates of (and including) June 1 and August 15, 2024. All registrations must be complete. Challenge details available at fcpl.org/summer.
Prizes/Odds: Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Decisions of the judges are final.
Prizes: Drawings for ticketed prize packs will occur on August 16. Any ticketed drawings without participant tickets will revert to a registrant drawing. Prize packs must be picked up by September 15.

Eligibility: This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States. Employees or spouses of employees of Frederick County Public Libraries, are not eligible to win prizes over $25 value.
Conditions of participation: Entrants agree to be bound by these rules. By participating, the winner releases Frederick County Public Libraries and all sponsors, their respective parent affiliates, and subsidiaries, and their respective directors, officers, agents, and employees from any and all liability with respect to all aspects of the Sweepstakes and/or use of the prize(s).
All expenses not listed are the responsibility of the winner. Winners are responsible for all taxes associated with the award of a prize.
Any prize/prize notification returned as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
All prize winners further agree to the use of his/her name, and city and state of residence for purposes of providing a list of winners to the public on request and for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
