Maryland Health Connection
The marketplace for individuals, families and small businesses to compare and enroll in health insurance, as well as determine eligibility for Medicaid and other assistance programs, federal tax credits and cost-sharing reductions.

To enroll: Go online at marylandhealthconnection.gov, call 1-855-642-8572 (TTY: 1-855-642-8573) or come to the Frederick County Health Department at 350 Montevue Ln, Fredrick, MD 21702. Walk-in Hours: Mon-Thurs, 8 AM-3 PM, and Fridays 8 AM-noon. Frederick Community Action Agency walk-in hours are Mon-Fri, 8 AM-4:30 PM or call 1-410-294-5962 or 1-855-288-3667.

Maryland Health Benefit Exchange Connector Program
The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange has launched the Connector Program in Maryland, in accordance with the Affordable Care Act and Maryland law, to provide target populations with in-person education, eligibility and enrollment assistance.

Frederick County Locations

Representatives from the Asian American Center of Frederick will be available at these locations to assist individuals with enrolling in health insurance through the Affordable Care Act and answer questions about new health care plans, policies, and initiatives. The Asian American Center of Frederick (AACF) is open for walk-in enrollment and assistance Mon-Fri, 9 AM-6 PM and by appointment. Bilingual staff is available in Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Arabic and French. Up to 20 languages are available by request.
