With your FCPL library card, check out up to 6 OverDrive ebooks for up to 3 weeks at a time. You can place holds on up to 6 materials already checked out. hoopla Digital
hoopla offers thousands of movies, television shows, music albums, audiobooks, and eBooks from major Hollywood studios, record companies and publishers. Instantly stream or temporarily download to computers and mobile devices via the free to download Hoopla app.  The borrowing period for a movie or television episode is 3 days, a music album is 7 days, and an audiobook or eBook is 21 days.   Up to 8 titles every month for free with your Frederick County Public Libraries’ Card!   Have questions? 3M Cloud Library eBooks  
3M Cloud Library titles include popular fiction and non-fiction for adults, teens, and children.  These titles can be borrowed with a valid FCPL Library Card.  The PC and Mac app asks for username and password (rather than library card number).  Just type your library card number under “username.”  No password or pin is needed. Safari Books Online
Search and read the full text of thousands of books in the Safari Tech Books collection about technology, career, and finance topics like running a photography business, developing iPhone apps, personal investing, and studying for the Project Management Professional exam.
