Urbana Small Conference Room

 Located on the Upper Level, overlooking the reading garden (at the top of the stairs, on the left, past the adult information desk).

Includes a sink and counter. Beverages and light refreshments may be served in this room. The library does not provide supplies or equipment.

The room has a motorized projection screen, computer outlets and a conference room white board.

Internet access available through public wireless network. 

To complete the Reservation Form:

• Click the appropriate date number on the calendar. Then select available time slots and scroll down to click “Continue.”
• Complete the application form and click "Verify Request."
• Review what you’ve requested and click “Submit Request.”
