Job Type: Part-Time Non-Benefited

Non-exempt; part-time; 18 hours per week; varied schedule during FCPL hours*; no-benefits 

This position is responsible for driving library delivery vehicle, loading, unloading and transporting library materials, supplies, equipment, communications and other items to and from designated FCPL locations. This work requires a significant amount of repetitive lifting in order to move materials into and out of the assigned County vehicle. Supervision is received from the Facilities Coordinator. Work direction may be received from the Facilities Coordinator, Senior Processing Technician, and/or Library Collections Manager.

Exempt; full-time; 40 hours per week (varied workdays and hours within the FCPL operating schedule); full benefits; position is subject to system-wide reassignment

This professional management position is located at the C. Burr Artz Public Library. This position assures that children, their families, and caregivers experience the joy of reading in a friendly, creative, and dynamic Children's Department. Supervision is given to professional and paraprofessional Children's Services staff; supervision is received from the Branch Administrator.

Please note that the upper pay range reflected in the job posting reflects possible wage rates for internal County transfers and promotions, which are calculated per County policy.  For external hires, offers are made at the base wage rate, with limited exception.
