Wee Little Firefighter Academy

Get ready to have some serious fun about fire safety! Listen to an action packed story about a firefighter and then enjoy a visit from REAL firefighters from the Urbana Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department who will demonstrate their equipment and talk about fighting fires! Participants will end their heroic training exploring a fire engine. Ages 2-6.

Babies With Books: Birth to Twenty-Four Months

Get to know other families an help your baby develop listening and language skills. Tickets will be available on the day of the program for the first 15 parent/child pairs. This program is limited, so come early for your ticket.

STEM Challenge - Popcicle Stick Catapult

This adult fiber arts meetup is being arranged as a community service through the Friends of the Thurmont Regional Library. Do you knit, crochet, embroider, or some other fiber-art craft?
