Teens 12-18 years of age, come join Ms. Alison for a playful yoga practice. We will challenge our bodies and minds, incorporating poses, group and partner activities, meditation and breath work.
Yoga for teens introduces concepts and techniques to help this age group discover new coping skills, encouraging peace and balance. Through yoga they can improve concentration, flexibility, and most importantly, find self empowerment.
All teens will be required to provide a signed parental/guardian waiver before participating in the yoga class.
