Teens 12-18 years of age, come join Ms. Alison for a playful yoga practice. We will challenge our bodies and minds, incorporating poses, group and partner activities, meditation and breath work. Yoga for teens introduces concepts and techniques to help this age group discover new coping skills, encouraging peace and balance. Through yoga they can improve concentration, flexibility, and most importantly, find self empowerment

Join us every month for an inclusive writing workshop where participants will have an opportunity to share their work and refine their writing. The event is open to all but is specifically geared for adults with intellectual disabilities.

The workshop takes place at Panera Bread, 1700 Kingfisher Drive, Frederick, MD.

Yoga for teens introduces concepts and techniques to help this age group discover new coping skills, encouraging peace and balance. Through yoga they can improve concentration, flexibility, and most importantly, find self empowerment.

All teens will be required to provide a signed parental/guardian waiver before participating in the yoga class.
