Enjoy some videos from Shark Week while you decorate cookies to look like shark victims!

Come ready to get creative and leave with your brand-new one-of-a-kind sea glass creations! Make and take up to 4 sea glass projects. All supplies provided. Refreshments will be served and registration is required.

The Teen Book Club meets on the third Thursday of every month to discuss and share books. Each month we pick a different theme to guide our reading and discussion.

Some themes we've discussed in the past include dystopias, Egyptian mythology, fantasy books, historical fiction, and award winners.

Refreshments may be served. The Teen Book Club is open to students entering grades 6 through 12 in the fall.

Teens and tweens! Come learn how to knit or share your knitting know-how at the library!

Knit Wits! is Walkersville's newest Crafternoon activity and is open to knitters, crocheters, and crafters of all ages. We'd love to have children and teens and their parents, aunts, grandmothers, and friends join us to learn this lovely craft and share their projects, knowledge, enthusiasm, and creativity.

Come join us on the second Thursday of each month for our Teen Crafternoon.

In July we'll be making things with sea glass. Come ready to get creative and leave with your brand-new one-of-a-kind sea glass creations! Make and take up to 4 sea glass projects including a bookmark, necklace, cell phone charm, and earrings. All supplies provided.

Refreshments may be served. This Teen Crafternoon activity is open to teens and tweens entering grades 6 through 12 in the fall.
